17 Feb Executive Chef – Private Island
We are looking for an Executive Chef to work on a remote private island in the Bahamas. This is a full-time opportunity. Serve Safe Certificate is a MUST.
Run Daily resort operations
Order weekly dairy, meat, produce & other dry products
Unpacking and Storing
Will be in charge of one sous chef, one cafeteria chef, and two dishwashers
Work closely with the general manager with meal planning and the island’s organizational chart
