Free-lancing on the various yachts mentioned but not limited to, M/Y Namoh, M/Y Lady J, M/Y Cocktails, M/Y Loose ends.
The work involved aboard these vessels involved the following but were not limited to: Charter chief steward, steward general,
teaching/instructor duties, refit adviser and fitting of interior supplies, procurement & research of interior supplies, interior manual
advice & re-writing, IMO,MCA,SOLAS and map updating complete for a vessel and interior inventory and implementing.

On this vessel my tenure was of a temporary position until the new chief steward [already selected] was available to fly to
the yacht and start his employment. This particular yacht was new and in an operational capacity, my job was to complete three
owner’s trips and instructional training also. The training was for all of the interior crew and included: Service etiquette, silver
service training, fine dining, table service and lay-up, buffet service, bar & wine service with some wine history and origin, client
relations, time management and mis en place importance. Reference is as per contact sheet.
