daily property maintenance and repairs at the estate and apartment, including oversight of vendors working at estate.
Cleaned and maintained the apartment on a daily basis. Maintained and serviced cars, chauffeured the family and
guests as needed.
Houseman at a large private estate in Southampton, NY; 12,000 square foot home with 4 car garage, tennis courts and
pool. Oversaw property staff and all vendors required to open up and ready home for summer usage. Maintained and
serviced cars, golf cart and other mechanical equipment. This property was also remodeled during the winter. I oversaw
the completion of the various projects, including: Interior Decorators, AV Technicians, HVAC repair, fire alarm service,
plumbers, roofers, gate repair, pool service and repair, tennis court service, window cleaners, etc.
