I worked as Captain for a private owner in Nassau on board his 92ft Lazzara and managed his other
marine assets (32ft Jupiter, 25ft Wakeboard Boat and 5 jetskis). This vessel was apart of his fleet. My
duties included but were not limited to the following:
• Hiring and managing crew and freelance workers
• Organizing and executing trips for the owner and friends (Exuma, Rose Island & overnight trips)
• Multiple crossings to and from Florida and Nassau for yard work (New Life and 32ft Jupiter)
• Managing New Life, jetskis on board and Jupiter (yard periods, repairs and servicing)
• Refit of M/Y New Life (paint, teak, glass, engines, electrical and interior redecorating)
• Exterior and Interior maintenance
• Engine room cleaning and servicing alongside the Engineer
• Accounting and cash reconciliations

I worked as a Freelance First Mate for Island Time Yacht Group Management (M/Y Sea dreams, M/Y
Kelly Anne and M/Y Island Time) as well as M/Y Equinox, which offer guest day charters to Rose Island

and term charters to The Exumas and Harbour Island. My duties included but were not limited to the
following:
• Helping with multiple crossings to and from Nassau and Florida
• Driving the tender to take guests to different locations
• Helping with navigation through the Bahama Islands
• Organizing and planning guest trips
• Conducting guided snorkel and spear fishing tours for guests
• Setting up beach lunches
• Entertaining guests with watersports such as jet skiing, tubing, and wake boarding
• Drone filming of charter guest trips
• Yacht maintenance (washing boats, stainless steel polishing, teak cleaning, engine room checks
and maintenance of filters).
