Bailey is a very understanding and adaptable caretaker with skills to build personal relationships with children, parents, staff, and portrays her excellent customer service to anyone she is in contact with. She has many qualifications and professional experiences with working in schools as a teacher to elementary students to being trained in many aspects to choose the best curriculum and activities for growing children. The attitude she brings to the table creates and environment that is built on respect, positivity, responsibility, and 21st century skill building. She can successfully multitask while maintaining responsibility of a high volume of children. She creates hands-on engaging activities and lessons to assist children in efficiently learning while enjoying themselves at the same time.

students each. Set and communicated safe classroom rules and expectations for students and home visits with the parents to create a
strong sense of community. Created complex, in depth lesson plans per school
guidelines, without curriculum to build from and used colleague collaboration to
create/execute a Learning Lab environment to build students core subject
and test skills.
