Born in New Orleans, LA, his culinary aptitude was influenced at an early age by his parents teaching him the importance of finding joy in eating great food with family and friends. He specializes in artfully presented regional cuisines, including Caribbean, Southern, Creole, French, and Italian.With his passion for cooking flourishing, he attended a local culinary college where he received a degree in Culinary Arts. He has cooked for former president Bill Clinton, prince of Qatar and the New Orleans Saints.
