Nine crew- three interior staff.
Took over in the shipyard with no handover. The interior had been left
unattended for over a month as there was no interior staff. Complete top to
bottom re-organize and stock up including recruiting new crew.
A heavy chartered boat cruising Bahamas and Caribbean. Duties ranged from all
guest activity co-ordination/ preference lists, provisioning, accounting,
housekeeping, service and crew training. Completed interior refit in 2015.
Awarded: Best Tablescaping at the Concours de Chef Contest, Antigua Charter
Show 2013.
Managed two interior staff.
Reason for leaving: Yacht Sold.

Bronwyn was first introduced to the wonderful world of luxury yachting in 2008 and have accumulated vast experience working onboard vessels from 40m to 88m, cruising from the Caribbean, Bahamas, Easter Seaboard, to the Mediterranean. Her objective is to contribute towards a great program as head of department on the interior of a busy private or charter yacht, where she will be able to utilize her hospitality and management skills.
