Cade is looking to use his yachting skills as Captain to mange an island in maintaining the grounds while also scheduling and following through on daily operations for owners and guests. Cade has always done exceptional in hospitality and making sure he has good relations with others to be sure of what needs to be done. Communication is important to managing a property seamlessly at extremely high standards.
Experience
As the First Officer, the foremost responsibility of my position is to
ensure a paramount level of safety for the guests, crew and vessel. My
charismatic and unflappable can-do attitude enables me to lead a team
to maintain the yacht the highest of standards whilst providing an
excellent level of hospitable service and operations for the owners and
guests. My role is to support the Captain in every aspect of yacht
management by passage planning, navigation watch keeping,
conducting safety drills and checks, managing crew, account keeping,
budgeting and being versed in engineering and IT skills. Driving large
center console yachts, operating water-sports activities, jet skis and
entertaining guests by leading adventure activities is second nature.
