Casey has been working in wellness for almost 10 yeas She's skilled in performing Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and prenatal massages. She also does  scrubs, hair and scalp treatments, sport specific therapy, and knows how to work with hot stones. Casey also completed her Therapeutic Massage Program and is a registered Yoga Instructor.

Casey has been a Wellness Professional since 2011. She has completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training program, is Yoga Alliance Certified, and went to Kneaded Energy School of Massage where she completed a 650 hour of Therapeutic Massage Program.
