Christopher seeks to use his skills, experience and education for the betterment of his community, employer and family. He is proficient in water related skills and activities. Growing up in South Florida, he has always been involved in Scuba Diving, Fishing, Boating and Surfing. He has a profound love of the ocean and its environment. Have taken this admiration and have proudly encourage his kids in the
importance of living life with the search for constant betterment in health, education, and faith.
Duties involve providing safety for off shore powerboat racing teams. We
work as a team of trained rescue divers responding to racing
emergencies involving overturned or wrecked race boats. The team
extracts racers from wreckage and provides onsite initial medical care.
As a rescue diver in this position, we are required to respond to incidents
both in rescue boats and deployed from helicopters. Situational
awareness, knowledge, training and physical fitness are required to
perform the job well.
Main duties as a firefighter include responding to emergencies
involving structural fires, motor vehicle crashes, assisting the public,
and water related emergencies. Performed as a team member for the
Hazardous Materials Team working chemical and gas related
emergencies and spills. Currently a member of the Dive and marine
Fire Boat team working boating accidents, dive rescues, and
performing duties with the Coast Guard during off shore rescues and
searches for victims in distress. Main duties performed as a
paramedic involved the treatment and transport of sick and injured
people. Cardiac arrest resuscitation, traumatic injury stabilization and
treatment of any relevant sickness or assistance needed by the public.
