Claire posses a dependable skill set and extensive knowledge in numerous areas of the service industry gained over several years in high-profile roles both at home and abroad. This is reflected through 3 years as cabin crew in addition to having worked in various elite gaming venues in Mayfair, London. Over the past few years on yachts she has gained a firm understanding of the high level of service and key customer service skills required within this industry. Experience
During my time in Saudi it has been an amazing cultural experience, Ive gone beyond my knowledge within the
hospitality sector as a butler for a large estate for some UHWN VVIP Clients providing assistance in all different
aspects of every day life.
My duties were to maintain the interior setup to a highest standard, vast amount of in room service for the principle and
his guests, table set up ready for a formal lunch and dinner service, shisha and cigar service, Drinks and hot beverage
service.
One of my main duties was the flower project where I organised the flower logistics, I ordered around 200/300 flowers
for each boss trip while Maintaining a record of guest and villa preferences, inventory of all the vases, general upkeep
of the flowers when onsite and I produced a proposal to the procurement manager for new vases to improve the work
flow for each guest trip.
When the family decided not to use MY Esmeralda they would invite me to there London home at the famous One
Hyde park over Easter, October and Christmas.
I was offering my assistance in service, house keeping, family errands, Meeting and greeting guests, packing and
unpacking, wardrobe organising, emails, booking restaurants, booking flights, light healthy cooking, helping the PA by
communicating with the concierge team and having a great overall understanding of the basic principles of house
management.
