Karen Neill is very well equipped to show a rage of her abilities at any point in time. On boats, she has worked in every position, from engineer to captain including chef and stew. Growing up on a family farm taught her to be a Jack of all trades. She has organizational skills that assist her in management. Karen’s confidence and experience are extremely beneficial to her success. She has good listening skills and is ready to learn how she can improve and be more efficient. She can manage, serve, and act as chef, giving her skills to know how to best manage all areas in her career.

After many years of managing crew on yachts while providing exceptional and trustworthy customer service, Karen is looking for the next long-term management opportunity on an Estate. She is confident in all administrative and general management functions and looks forward to bringing all these experiences together to work in private island/estate management.
