Victoria has enjoyed 8 years in the industry so far and Paul has been a Captain for over 8 years, they have worked together for 6 years. She leads an interior team efficiently and smoothly. She is a strong
team player with excellent communication skills and have a positive, can do attitude that filters
through to other crew member. She has good galley and deck experience, am an seasoned watch
keeper and am always keen to help out in other departments whenever able. I have a good crew longevity record and have many ex crew members returning to work with me. Marshall Islands , Yacht engaged in trade. ABS, 409gt, built in 1988 - 10 crew. I coordinated the change of flag from private registry to
commercial. Originally based in the Med where she was used extensively through by the owner and family. We cruised to Brazil and finally
to USA. She is seriously for sale the reason I am looking for a new position.
