 Responsible for care and maintenance of the principal’s private estate and fund raiser property.
 Managing staff of Head Housekeeper, 2 seasonal housekeepers, 1 to 3 seasonal general maintenance workers, working with outside construction vendors and other service contractors, coordinating, scheduling.
 Personal hands on gardening, irrigation as well as supervising outside landscaping suppliers and vendors
 Managing budgets, invoices, payables and organization, records, inventory, ordering supplies, shopping, valet.
 Planning, supervising and assisting with business and personal events, meetings, luncheons and parties
 Assist with family meal preparation, particularly on holidays, serving and bartending.
 Managing, hands on participation and assisting with detailed housekeeping
 Assisted with driving for family transportation and airport shuttling, valet
 AV and computer systems management and more
 Indoor swimming pool, care and equipment maintenance, in house sound systems, smart home systems.
 Principal’s personal vehicle upkeep (2), care and servicing, records
 Work vehicle (6) and tool upkeep including multiple lawn care mowers and power
implements, Bobcat Skid steer and classic IH tractor. Antique vehicles including a 1963
Chevrolet 409 Convertible.
 Smart home upkeep, maintenance and upgrading for automated controls Crestron, Lutron, AMX, Sonos and more, security systems monitored alarm and all property camera system and HVAC,
 General and preventive maintenance of buildings, forestry, grounds and systems, boiler heating systems, LP gas heaters and furnaces, AC. 3 on property emergency backup generators.
