Trevor is a chef offering a broad range of skills gained in many parts of the UK and
in the Caribbean. I am now looking for a fresh challenge which affords continued progression and

Short and long-term bookings to cover vacancies and sickness in several different sites across many venues including; schools, nurseries, care home, contract caterers, football stadia, events, golf clubs, high street restaurants and branded hotels.
Managed the catering department, including the restaurant floor and Front of House staff.
Measure key performance indicators to ensure and effective service within budget, staff training
and appraisal, 100 residents taking 3 meals a day.
