They both pay great attention to detail with a hands-on attitude.

Logistics, Accounting and Financial, Administration, World Wide Travel Arrangements, Vetting Applicants, Interviewing Qualified Candidates, Hiring followed by Development, Training and Crew Management, Work Schedules, Work Lists, Work Logistics and Service, Tours and Shore Activities, Event Management, Intimate VIP Dinner Parties from 2-80+, Children’s Entertainment Procedures, Maintenance and Refit Interior Manager, Responsible for the complete interior setup of the yacht including but not limited to: Soft Furnishings, China, Crystal, Silverware, Service ware, Art Procuring and Placement
