Karen Neill is very well equipped to show a rage of her abilities at any point in time. On boats, she has worked in every position, from engineer to captain including chef and stew. Growing up on a family farm taught her to be a Jack of all trades. She has organizational skills that assist her in management. After helping the Captain with transitioning the vessel after purchase with a new owner, I moved into the
interior full time. Due to owner preferences reducing interior crew I adjusted and utilized my skills to become
chef and manage interior when the stew had days off.

extensive refit encompassing entire engine room replacement, full exterior renewal and interior upgrades.
