Ron is well versed in a variety of cooking styles and cuisines. When called for he can
create menus and/or adaptions of dishes to meet special diet needs and
preferences of guests. He likes to prepare his menus from scratch including making
fresh bread daily, ice creams and fresh dressings/ pasta etc. His training and
experience on yachts and in catering has given me the ability to be very flexible
and adaptive to changing situations. Ron looks forward to training and mentoring an
Estate kitchen team where I am able to pass on my skills and experience in a
positive environment.
He is looking forward to joining a great team and program where he can
contribute my skills and passion for food to add value to a great program.

own catering company, Elegancia Catering for six years catering to a corporate
client that required a broad range of cooking styles. Being a Cooking Instructor
for four years at Cook’s of Crocus Hill, his passion for teaching grew and has lead
him to lead many fun hands on cooking lessons with owners and their guests
abroad their yachts.
